Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return eligible items easily with FREE returns.

Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and otherwise in its original condition.

Hygiene policy (final sale):
Panties / briefs / thongs and any intimate bottoms are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Return window
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

How to return (FREE returns)

• Order number
• Item(s) you want to return or exchange
• Reason (size/fit/other)

We'll send you a FREE prepaid return label and simple instructions. Pack the item securely (original packaging preferred), attach the label, and drop it off.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after your return is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible items (example: bra size change), subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we can offer a refund.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll fix it fast.
